A Word from Pastor Dennis
Jingle Bells Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way. Don’t blink your eyes because the holidays are upon us and 2010 is right around the corner. By the time you read this I will have turned 60 on November 28th, WHERE does time go? It doesn’t seem that long ago that I was graduating from high school in 1967.
I am so thankful for God, my wife, my family, and my church family and friends. What an incredible year 2009 has been for all of us. We have lost loved ones, and so we continue to pray for the families and spouses of those that have gone to be with Jesus. There have been numerous illnesses and surgeries and we continue to pray for all those that are still in the recovery process.
I want to praise all of you at CRUMC for being such a loving and caring church. It is because of you that we continue to see new faces every week and many of them stay and become a new part of our family. Thanks for being “REAL”. Real people committed to doing God’s will and seeking God’s heart.
To those of you that are new, “WELCOME”. We are glad to have you as a part of the Cross Roads family. I trust and believe that GOD has great things in store for our church in the year 2010. All we have to do is stay focused on the cross, hungry for the word, and longing to be in HIS presence. May His peace be with you.
God Bless -Pastor Dennis & Karen
